Hate Crimes and Incidents

Part of being a community member is learning to respect the individual differences present among those who make up the community.  Students who make comments or commit acts that express feelings that are racist, religiously or culturally intolerant or are derogatory toward any of the protected classes set forth in the University’s Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation Policy and Hate Crimes/Ethnic Intimidation Policy set forth in Volume II of the Immaculata University Policy Manual are subject to disciplinary action under the Student Code of Conduct.  Individuals subjected to this type of harassment are encouraged to report it to the Department of Campus Safety and Protection or the Dean of Students.
