BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Pleis has over 35 years of educational experience including 13 years as Superintendent of the Twin Valley School District. His background consists of planning and executing school district goals with a variety of stakeholders including School Boards, administrators, teachers, parents, and community members. His areas of expertise are best practices in education, curriculum design, instructional practices, supervision, budget, finance, operations, school law, and contract negotiations.
