As the principal at Ithan Elementary School in Radnor Township School District for five years, she coordinated the new elementary schedule, report cards, and statewide PSSA tests. During her three years as principal at Conshohocken Elementary School, her school surpassed its goals for PSSA reading and math scores. She was the Colonial School District’s English language learning program director, developing a handbook and program procedures. She also developed a school policy on bullying, oversaw the technology department, and handled all incentive programs as the assistant principal at Keith Valley Middle School.
