Dr. Harrington has served in the Pennsylvania public school system as both a teacher and an administrator for 25 years. He has worked on local, regional, and national committees with iNACOL and various other education-based organizations aimed at transforming education through the use of technology. He served as a reviewer of virtual school applications for the Colorado Department of Education.
At Immaculata University, Dr. Harrington teaches courses related to teacher supervision, professional development, school law, school community relations, doctoral research, technology leadership, instructional technology integration, and network infrastructure.
Dr. Harrington recently served as president of eLearn Institute, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, and he has experience assisting dozens of school districts across the nation in the design and implementation of blended, online, and personalized learning programs.
