Biography

Brian Petersen, Ph.D. is an assistant professor and program director for the M.S. in management and leadership program. He joined the Immaculata community in 2005, and became a faculty member of the Business, Fashion, and Leadership department in 2013.

In the classroom, Petersen leverages an experiential and interdisciplinary approach to help others achieve optimal human functioning within themselves and those they lead. He teaches courses focused on business, quantitative research, and management & leadership.

Petersen’s scholarly research focuses on psychological well-being, leadership education, and organizational change. He is a member of the International Leadership Association where his research is presented regularly during their annual global conferences.
