As a reminder, Immaculata University utilizes e2Campus – a system that is capable of sending notifications instantly and simultaneously to all in our Immaculata University community who choose to participate. Notifications can be sent out to up to two wireless devices (cellular telephone, Blackberry, wireless PDA, pager), and up to two email addresses.
Registration for this service is up to you. It only takes a few minutes to do. This will be the fastest way to receive notifications on weather related emergencies in which the university is closing or for critical notifications regarding your safety and well being.
If you believe you are subscribed to the e2Campus alert messaging system, but you are not receiving the text notifications, please go to www.immaculata.edu/e2campus to check to see if you need to re-subscribe. Your subscription to Immaculata University's e2Campus system is only good for 2 years.
In order to receive such notifications, you must activate your device and email account in the system.
To sign up for e2Campus, go to: http://www.immaculata.edu/e2campus
Once you have completed the validation part of registering your mobile phone, the next page will say “you have successfully signed up”. You will see a “log in” button for your new account. Immaculata University does not offer text to speech alerts. To complete your registration, you must open your account and enter your email address, then click the ADD EMAIL button. You will instantly be emailed a verification message. You must open and click on the validation link to complete the process.
Please note that while you sign-up for this service you need to check that your cellular telephone plan has text messaging capability. Any charge you may incur because you received a text message from Immaculata University is your responsibility.
When a text message is sent to you from the University it will be sent from IU TEXT MSG.
If you have any questions regarding e2Campus please feel free to contact Ms. Susan Rustad with the Office of Campus Safety and Protection, 610-647-4400 ext. 3599 or email@example.com.
