Ryan Schwartz Named Administrative Systems Liaison

RYAN SCHWARTZ NAMED IMMACULATA UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS LIAISON
Immaculata University has named Ryan Schwartz, of Exton, PA, to the newly appointed position of administrative systems liaison. In this position, Mr. Schwartz will serve as the liaison between Immaculata and SCT Sunguard´s Banner and Luminis software systems.
Immaculata is initiating a new data entry system and a new campus portal called Luminis Banner, within the next few months. During this transition, Mr. Schwartz duties will include overseeing the implementation and training for the new campus portal, called MyIU, between student, faculty and staff. Immaculata University is introducing the new database, SCT Banner, which will help the university support functions such as registering online, accessing grades, recording donations and much more.
Mr. Schwartz received his associate degree in criminal justice from Delaware County Community College in 1995. In 1999, Mr. Schwartz received his B.A. in History with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Villanova University. In 2002, Mr. Schwartz received a certificate in client/server technology from Pennsylvania State University, Great Valley. He will receive his second B.A. in Computer Science from Immaculata University in May 2005. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Pennsylvania Banner Users.
With a positive outlook on the transition toward a new campus portal, he commented, "I am excited for the students. The introduction of the new campus portal is important for Immaculata and the many changes occurring in the near future."
Immaculata University, a Catholic, coeducational institution, located 20 miles west of Philadelphia, south of the intersection of Routes 30 and 352, between Paoli and Exton.
