In order to facilitate this work and to meet appropriate deadlines, please allow for a minimum of 4 weeks of lead time for website-related requests and/or a minimum of 6 weeks of lead time for print-related requests.

- I understand that University Communications will begin developing my materials only after I have submitted all necessary information.
- I agree to provide all copy to University Communications via email/disk/flash drive.
- I will coordinate with University Communications regarding any necessary photo shoots/images or visual materials that may be required.
- I understand that if I substantially change the scope of the work during the course of the project, further delays may occur.
