Immaculata University Presents the 3rd Annual “Stomp Out Stigma” 5K Run/Walk
On Sunday April 18, Immaculata University´s Active Minds presents the 3rd Annual "Stomp Out Stigma" 5K run/1.5 Mile Walk. The event will take place on the campus of Immaculata University at 10 a.m. Rain date is May 2.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. with participants donating $25.00 for runners and walkers; $15.00 for Immaculata students.
Money will be donated to the American Counseling Association who will be attempting to train and send mental health professionals to Haiti to provide counseling in the wake of the Earthquake. Money will also be donated to Immaculata University´s Relaxation Room that was created to help students focus on their mind and body and to the COAD Group (Chester County Mental Health Services) to aid them in providing mental health services and education in the local area. In addition, metal water bottles will be sold for $10.00. Awards for various participant categories and raffles will also be provided.

Immaculata University is a Catholic, coeducational institution located 20 miles west of Philadelphia, between Paoli and Exton, south of the intersection of routes 30 and 352.
