Immaculata University Junior Julia Donnelly of Levittown, PA Recognized As “Rising Star”

Levittown, PA, resident Julia Donnelly, who is a junior at Immaculata University, has been recognized as a Philly Ad Club "Rising Star." She is featured in the March/April publication of Ad News magazine.
As a marketing management major, Julia was nominated for the recognition by one of her professors, Charlene Fitzwater, Ph.D. Dr. Fitzwater praised Julia´s talent for creating several unique marketing plans as a student in various marketing courses and also for her graphic art skills. One of Julia´s most recent marketing projects will represent Immaculata University in a competition held by the SouthEastern Pennsylvania Consortium for Higher Education (SEPCHE), of which Immaculata University is a member with seven other higher educational institutions.
With a GPA of 3.61, Julia consistently makes the Dean´s List each semester. Besides her accomplishments in the classroom, she uses her marketing talents by serving on the programming board at Immaculata coordinating, promoting, and executing various campus events such as Family Weekend, Haunted Grotto, and Spring Fling. In addition, she works in the Mac Lab where she assists new users of graphic programs.
The Immaculata University community is proud of Julia´s accomplishments. Dr. Fitzwater commented that "Julia´s creativity, energy, and teamwork are stellar – she´s truly a Rising Star!"
Immaculata University, a Catholic coeducational institution, is located 20 miles west of Philadelphia, south of the intersection of routes 30 and 352, between Paoli and Exton.
