Brumbaugh Named Assistant Director of Intramurals and Programming at IU

IMMACULATA, PA (August 7, 2006) – Immaculata University has announced the hiring of Katherine Brumbaugh as the assistant director for Intramurals and Programming, Athletics/Residence Life and Student Development.
Brumbaugh, a graduate of Lycoming College (BA) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (MA), has served as the Residence Hall Director and held an internship in the student activities office, at Saint Vincent College the past two years. Brumbaugh was responsible for the overall management of an upperclass building that housed over 230 students and, as an intern in the student activities center, produced a club/organization guidebook for students to learn about the mission and programs that were available.
As an undergrad, Brumbaugh was the student life coordinator and a career counselor. She upheld and enforced College and Residence Life policies and procedures, and prepared and presented education programs to college students.
Brumbaugh, a Montoursville, Pennsylvania native, will assist the director for Intramurals and Programming, Athletics/Residence Life and Student Development Michael Imperato and the Director of Athletics Patty Canterino.
