Alumni Information
Have you had any changes to your contact information, such as a name or address change? Contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 610-647-4400 x3136 or alumnidept@immaculata.edu to update your contact information. You can also complete a contact information update form online. We’d love to keep you informed of alumni events in your area, but can’t send you invitations if we don’t know how to get the information to you!

Career Related Services for Alumni
Are you looking for a job? Would you like to fill a position or internship? How about sharing your encouragement as part of the X-ternship program? Visit the Office of Career Development website for information or an appointment.

Continuing Education – Audit Privileges
Through the College of Lifelong Learning, any alumnus may audit any undergraduate course at no cost.  Graduate level classes, workshops, seminars, online classes, art studio courses, and private lessons are excluded. No credit is given and no record is transcribed. A lab fee is charged if one is indicated in the course schedule. The student is responsible for the cost of books and supplies.

Often alums have wanted to learn a new language or refresh a language skill learned years ago. Interested? Just contact the Alumni Office 610-647-4400, ext. 3136 or email alumnidept@immaculata.edu to ask for the audit privilege form, or Click Here to download and print the form. For Prospective Students – Alumni Endorsement Grant
This award will be given prior to enrollment to any entering full-time traditional student in the College of Undergraduate Studies. The deadline for submitting the Alumni Grant form signed by an alumnus of the University is March 1st of the calendar year prior to initial enrollment. This is a $1,000 one-time only grant and is available to both freshmen and transfers.For more information on the Alumni Endorsement Grant, or to receive a form, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 610-647-4400, ext. 3136.

Publications
Alumni receive the Immaculata Magazine seasonally throughout the year. The publication contains articles about new developments at Immaculata, highlights IU faculty and students, alumni profiles and class notes. View the most recent issue of the Immaculata Magazine. To submit a class note, complete a contact information update form online; you may see your news in an upcoming edition of the Immaculata Magazine!

New for 2013-2014: Alumni Relations has a new publication! “Highlights from the Hill” is a Newsletter for the Alumni, Parents, and Friends of Immaculata University, published on the 1st and 15th of each month. This electronic newsletter contains information from all over campus, and helps to keep the Immaculata Community connected to their “Home under the Dome.” Previous issues of the newsletter can be viewed online. Not receiving the newsletter, but would like to? Let us know, and we will add you to the list!

Transcripts
Alumni can obtain official transcripts of their academic records from the Office of the Registrar. This may be done in person, by fax or by mailing the Transcript Request Form  to the office. One week’s notice is required. The fee for each transcript is $5.00. Transcripts will not be released for persons whose financial accounts are not clear.
