Title III Pathways Center Committee
 
To assist in the management of the Title III project, a Pathways Center Committee also will be established. 
This committee will consist of the:
 
Activity Director (Chair)
Director of Academic Advisement/ Dean of the College of Undergraduate Studies
Assistant Director Academic Advisement
Academic Advisor
Manager of Academic Success Services
Learning Strategist
Director of Career Development
Assistant Director of Career Development
 
This committee will meet bi-weekly to ensure a comprehensive, shared delivery of services. 
The committee will also develop a Policies and Procedures Manual in the first six months of the grant and distribute this manual to all Pathways Center staff members.  This manual will establish guidelines for operation, communication, documentation and evaluation methods.
