Wellness SILC

You are here

The Wellness Special Interest Learning Community encourages balanced living through an academic and personal journey of wellness that allows students to work to develop and maintain a healthful lifestyle as it applies to self, spirituality and community. In this SILC, you will become more aware of your personal strengths and challenges in fitness, wellness and nutrition and learn how to develop an overall sense of well-being while transitioning to life on campus.

This SILC is for first-year students with an interest in exploring the topic of wellness.
