Faculty – Don’t miss: “Using Groups Effectively in your Course” – November 14th from 12 to 2PM!
Focus on interesting ways groups can be set up and used in a class. Some discussion about assignment and forum settings, etc. Also covers some management of Groups for student or activity groups.

Faculty – Don’t miss: “Managing your Master Course” – October 24th from 12 to 2PM!
We will focus on saving content to MASTER course at end of semester; importing content to new shells at start of semester, checking dates, activating, what to save and what not to save from one semester to the next.

We will focus on when assignments are appropriate – what various assignment tools actually do, how to use Lessons to aggregate and integrate content, media, and feedback for a more interactive experience.

Just remember:

  • Topics format is easy to read and use. This is best for editing
  • Folder View format is easy for students to use, but for editing it is confusing.

You can change your format back and forth as many times as you want.
