Come join us for a discussion centered around the use of iPads in the academic environment.

We will talk about how IU faculty are using their iPads, explore some neat ways that iPads have been integrated at other institutions, and share ideas and insights about the potential of these wonderful devices.

Immaculata has GONE GOOGLE – but not everyone is all set yet!!!!  

We have been made aware of some forwarding issues that may be impeding certain email users from fully enjoying the new email system…  

What to do if you are not receiving mail.immaculata.edu email forwarded to your other account anymore

Even if you have an ‘immaculata.edu’ address, you may have had a student or adjunct account at one time if you were ever a student or adjunct faculty member.
These other accounts had historically been forwarded for you automatically, but Google does not allow administrative configuration of forwarding rules, so you will need to log into Google and set up those forwarding rules if this applies to you. 

 

1. Log into Google Mail: Gmail users can click the email icon at the upper right of the MyIU screen https://myiu.immaculata.edu

2. Set up Forwarding:  Use the tools right in Google to forward mail — See: https://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=10957

For questions not covered in the FAQ and online self help materials, we are holding open door walk in clinics throughout the month of January on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Media Classroom of Gabriele Library between the hours of 12PM and 5PM.

We are Almost There!!!

We have nearly completed the migration to Google for our student and adjunct faculty, and are now in the final verification stages in preparation for launch. 

This process is going to take a little longer than anticipated as we work through some remaining issues in our efforts to ensure that everything is working properly.

In the meantime, all adjunct and student email will continue to work normally as we work through these final steps.  

We will contact you with status updates as we continue our efforts.
