Vision Statement


The Department of Organization Studies provides programs in both Organizational Effectiveness and Health Care Services enabling "transformational change beyond expectations" at both the individual and the organizational levels.

Highlight of Program


The schedule is accelerated allowing students either to complete their program in two years or to opt to study up to six years.

Student Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of the Organization Leadership Program, students will be able to…

1.   Work with people in projects, teams and departments more effectively

2.   Become a change agent facilitating effective problem solving and decision       making using state of the art, appropriate change methods

3.   Leverage functional business and technology skills to the organization’s       advantage
