Timely completion of new or renovated facilities is vital to the success of Immaculata University. Following the construction process, the Office of Capital Planning & Construction manages the closeout of the project which includes: commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, & plumbing systems; relocation, installation, and/or setup of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and operational & maintenance training for new equipment. The department also insures that the project was completed to the highest quality and to the University's specific programmatic needs.
