Proposed Projects

As the student population at Immaculata University grows, existing programs evolve, and new programs are introduced, there is often a corresponding need for new facilities and renovations.  The Office of Capital Planning & Construction is responsible for the initialization, development, and management of these projects from concept through construction drawings.

During the pre-construction phases, the Office of Capital Planning & Construction works alongside architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to deliver projects that meet the functional needs of the University and enhance the beauty of our campus.
