Photos of students

Immaculata University reserves the right to use any photograph taken on the University property or at a University-sponsored event without the expressed written permission of those contained within the photograph. This photo may be used in publications or video material produced, used or contracted by Immaculata University including but not limited to: view books, catalogs, handbooks, flyers, web site, newspapers, magazines, television, and videos.

If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please contact the Public Relations Office at 610-647-4400, ext. 3143.

Videotaping and Photographing

Any individual, organization or company wishing to engage in still photography, videotaping or filming on campus or property owned by Immaculata University must first contact the Public Relations Office with requests. The contact is 610-647-4400, ext. 3143.

The Immaculata community, alumni, and wedding parties may use the campus after first alerting the Campus Safety Office upon your arrival. The number is 610-647-4400, ext. 5555.

Permission to Use Photos

The Public Relations Office archives a vast array of Immaculata University photographs dating back to the early 1920s. In addition, championship Mighty Mac photos are also housed in the Public Relations Office. If you would like to request a reprint or permission to use an Immaculata photo for any reason, please call our office at 610-647-4400, ext. 3143 and we will accommodate your request.
