Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping project team, event setup staff and coordinating the campus driver. The position reports to the Housekeeping Manager.  Duties include scheduling, coordinating, and reporting department activities. Support Director of Facilities in implementing overall snow removal operations, conduct operational and departmental training, conducting departmental training to include work practices and safety, spot check completed and work in progress, conduct quality inspections, and maintaining an appropriate inventory of supplies.  The Housekeeping Supervisor will provide on-call and after hours coverage, and is required to work during school closures. 

Minimal Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in project housekeeping.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and multitask.
  • Ability to maintain effective relations with management team and fellow employees.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 40 pounds.
  • Possess valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Loan and Work Study Coordinator of Financial Aid

Learning Strategies Specialist

Immaculata University seeks a motivated and student-focused professional to assume the role of Learning Strategies Specialist within the Academic Success Center. The Learning Strategies Specialist is a member of the Academic Affairs, Student Success Services staff reporting directly to the Director of Academic Success Services. The LSS is responsible for the Peer Tutoring Program and oversees tutor and tutee matches, student time logs, and program assessment. Additional responsibilities include an academic coaching caseload of 10-15 students each semester and student tracking. Maintenance Technician I (2 positions available)

Applications are now being accepted for two (2) full time Maintenance positions to work 40 hours per week, with some overtime required to cover special events or emergencies.  One of these positions has primary emphasis on grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance as well as maintaining, installing, troubleshooting and repairing campus buildings to include but not limited to walls, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, lighting, plumbing, basic HVAC, basic electrical, furniture, painting, minor construction, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers and locks.  Must work as directed by management, be willing to follow all safety policies, complete daily paperwork and assist with set ups as needed.   Applicants will also assist department with snow removal.  Position is classified as Essential Personnel and requires work during school closures.  Must have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Safety officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all students, faculty, and staff on the university campus. Shift is 3 pm to 11 pm including weekends. Applications are being accepted for a part time secretary in the Business and Accounting Department.  The position is 20 hours per week.  Duties include providing general office and administrative management support to faculty in the department as well as support in the areas of data gathering and tracking, accreditation relationship management and support, and student worker oversight.  Applicant must possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite and knowledge of office principles and procedures. Assistant Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach (Part-Time Position)

Immaculata University is seeking applications for an assistant coach for the Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs. The part-time position will include assisting the head coach in setting up and running practices, coaching and skill instruction, recruiting and evaluating student-athletes, and other duties as assigned. Prior competitive coaching experience is required. The successful candidate must also have obtained a bachelor’s degree and have a working knowledge of NCAA Division III rules.
