On Thursday, April 9, 2015, the Office of Sponsored Research hosted Posters Under the Dome, an annual event showcasing student research. The Villa Maria Rotunda, Halls, and Green Room were filled with students, faculty, and other Immaculata community members celebrating the continuing tradition of research at Immaculata University. Featured were a number of entries funded under the Immaculata University mini-grants program, as well as others that are the culmination of student independent and classroom study.
Sixty-three presenters displayed their research. Fifty-one undergraduate students from the departments of Biology, Education, English/Communication, Fashion and Family Consumer Science, Human Movement Sciences, Math/Information and Digital Systems, Music, Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, Philosophy, and Psychology presented thirty-seven posters. Eleven graduate students from the Education, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Psychology presented a total of nine posters.
