Scott MacDonald, MMT, MT-BC, is an affiliate faculty member in the music therapy program, teaching a range of specialty courses for undergraduate students, including repertoire development and clinical songwriting. MacDonald has 10 years of clinical experience and currently works at the Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment in Philadelphia, and with Carson Valley Children’s Aid for a youth songwriting project called Hear Our Voices. MacDonald has presented on a variety of topics at conferences in the United States, and has recently published in Therapeutic Uses of Rap and Hip Hop, (2012) Hadley, S. & Yancey, G., (Eds.).
