Admission Requirements

  • Desire and openness to explore oneself, including strengths and areas of needed development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Approximately 2-3 years continuous employment in a business (profit or non-profit) or in the health care industry
  • Completed application, two letters of recommendation, goals statement, official transcript
  • The placement test will be waived for applicants with a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Interview with department chair or program coordinator
