The Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) program is designed to prepare professional nurses as leaders in administration and education in a variety of organizations. Immaculata's interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary model of education will equip you with the competencies to practice in a complex and dynamic professional milieu.
M.S.N. Program Goals
- Promote critical analysis of theory, research, policy and organizational systems

Graduate learning outcomes:
- Critically seek, evaluate, and develop expanding nursing knowledge
- Use leadership abilities, moral and ethical principles, and professional standards to guide your own and others' nursing practice
- Impact nursing practice through scientific inquiry and the dissemination of research findings
- Integrate concepts, models, and theories from nursing science and related disciplines into advanced nursing practice
The program of study leading to the Master of Science in Nursing is a 39-credit program. Your may choose one of two areas of specialization:
- Nursing Education
- Nursing Administration
