The Business Office will mail you a bill approximately three weeks before the start of classes. The University accepts payment by check, cash and all major credit cards or you may arrange a payment plan by calling the Business Office at extension 3174.
If you have any questions about your registration, please call Sandra or Rosemary in the Graduate Office, extensions 3215 and 3214, respectively. Please refer to the Drop/Add Withdrawal – Refund Policy before making changes to your course schedule.
Immaculata University offers the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) once a month on campus. Please visit the links above to learn more about the MAT and to register for the test.
All students bringing a vehicle on campus must apply for and display a valid parking permit. Parking permits may be obtained in the Office of Campus Safety. Students must bring their car registration to obtain a parking permit.
Students may obtain an ID from the Office of Campus Safety. Students must go to the library first for a barcode if you do not already have one. This will act as your student ID and your library card.
The Immaculata University Bookstore, a division of Barnes and Noble, is located in Good Counsel Hall. For questions about Bookstore hours visit the bookstore online. You may contact the bookstore at 610-647-4400, ext. 3090.
Network and E-mail addresses are automatically assigned to all registered students. You can also contact the helpdesk at ext. 1234 for this information. Students must log into the campus network to use the computers in the labs.
The Dining Room in Villa Maria Hall serves dinner from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Deli, pizza, and soup are also available until 6:30 p.m. A vending area with microwaves is located outside of the Immaculata University Bookstore. Sandwiches, snacks, fruit, and yogurt from 5:45 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
