New Student Information

Welcome to Immaculata University!

Registration/Billing

The Business Office will mail you a bill approximately three weeks before the start of classes. The University accepts payment by check, cash and all major credit cards or you may arrange a payment plan by calling the Business Office at extension 3174.

If you have any questions about your registration, please call Sandra or Rosemary in the Graduate Office, extensions 3215 and 3214, respectively. Please refer to the Drop/Add Withdrawal – Refund Policy before making changes to your course schedule.

MAT Information/Registration

Immaculata University offers the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) once a month on campus.  Please visit the links above to learn more about the MAT and to register for the test.

Parking Permits

All students bringing a vehicle on campus must purchase and display a valid parking permit. Parking permits may be purchased for a fee of $25 from Safety and Protection personnel in room #7, Nazareth Hall. Students must bring their car registration to obtain a parking permit.

Student ID's

Students may obtain an ID from the One Card Office, located in room #7, Nazareth Hall.  Students must present a copy of their current schedule, which can be printed from the MyIU/SSIU as well as one additional piece of identification. 

Bookstore

The Immaculata University Bookstore, a division of Barnes and Noble, is located in Good Counsel Hall. For questions about Bookstore hours visit the bookstore online. You may contact the bookstore at 610-647-4400, ext. 3090.

Network and Email Access

Network and E-mail addresses are automatically assigned to all registered students. You can also contact the helpdesk at ext. 1234 for this information. Students must log into the campus network to use the computers in the labs.

Meals

The Dining Room in Villa Maria Hall serves dinner from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Deli, pizza, and soup are also available until 6:30 p.m. A vending area with microwaves is located outside of the Immaculata University Bookstore. Sandwiches, snacks, fruit, and yogurt from 5:45 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
