Upon submission of an application, a checklist with specific program requirements will be provided. ​

Reference forms are required for all applications.


Master's Level Program Application Deadlines

The College of Graduate Studies main campus operates on a rolling admissions basis for applications to master's level programs with the exception of the programs listed below. Off-campus locations operate on a cohort format with specific deadlines and start dates.

Clinical Mental Health Counseling

  • Spring Start - October 12, 2017
  • Summer Start - March 23, 2018
  • Fall Start - July 20, 2018   

School Psychology and Educational Specialist

  • Fall Start - February 2018

Doctoral Program Application Deadlines

The College of Graduate Studies has specific deadlines for submitting applications to doctoral programs for main campus and off-campus locations. For application deadlines for off-campus cohorts, contact Sueann Robbins at srobbins@immaculata.edu. (If dates fall on a weekend, deadline is the following Monday.)

Doctor of Education (Higher Education) 

Main campus deadlines:

  • Summer Start - April 1
  • Fall Start - August 14
  • Spring Start - November 1 (Extended to December 8, 2017)

Doctor of Education (K-12)

Main campus deadlines:

  • Summer Start - April 1
  • Fall Start - August 14
  • Spring Start - November 1 (Extended to December 8, 2017)

Doctor of Psychology - Clinical Psychology (MAIN CAMPUS ONLY)

Admission to the Psy.D. program is available for the fall semester.
The early application deadline for the following fall is October 1.
All applications must be submitted by January 15.
