Orientation Chair Welcome
Dear Future Immaculata Students,
I would like to take this opportunity to personally welcome you to Immaculata on behalf of the New Student Orientation Staff. I would also like to congratulate you on your acceptance and choice to make Immaculata your new home.
The New Student Orientation program will provide you with the opportunity to learn about our campus traditions, the types of activities we have on campus, and University expectations. You will meet new students in your class as well as faculty, staff, and student leaders who will guide you along the way. My co-chairs and I have planned different activities and presentations for you to enjoy which will help you with your transition into college. Through your orientation experience, you will become aware of what Immaculata has to offer and how you can get involved around campus. Orientation is a major stepping stone to help you learn what Immaculata has to offer as you begin your journey.
My co-chairs and I, along with the student leaders, are very excited to welcome you to our home and into our family. We hope that you are excited to make Immaculata your new home and to become a college student. There are probably some questions and fears you have coming into college, but rest assured that we will do our best to make you feel comfortable and to answer any questions you may have. We have a lot planned for you to help ease your transition into college because we know that it can be difficult. Remember that all of the student leaders, my co-chairs, and I were once in your shoes, so we know exactly what you are going through and we are here to help you in any way that we can. I would like to wish all of you the best of luck in the start of your college careers, and I am very excited to meet all of you!
If you have any questions or concerns about the New Student Orientation process, feel free to call the New Student Orientation Office at 610-647-4400 ext. 3117 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
