New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation leaders

Immaculata University is excited to welcome you! The New Student Orientation (NSO) staff is hard at work preparing for your arrival.

New Student Orientation is a required program for all new Immaculata students enrolling in the College of Undergraduate Studies. It includes NSO I (June program for first-time freshman students), Transfer Sessions (offered throughout the summer months), and NSO II (August program for all new students prior to classes beginning).

NSO I and Transfer Sessions provide a time for new students and their families to learn more about Immaculata and its resources, get to know classmates and other members of the Immaculata community, and meet with an advisor and register for courses. NSO II builds on the summer experiences of incoming freshman and transfer students immediately prior to the start of classes.

For new first-year students, NSO I is a two-day, overnight program. For transfer students, an advising registration program is hosted four times during the summer. Transfer students will select one of the programs to attend. All students who have made their deposit will receive information in the mail with instructions on how to register electronically for the session of your choice.

Please note that your University deposit must be paid prior to participating in NSO I. All students who have made their deposit will receive an information packet in the mail with details to register for your orientation session by mid-May.

If you have any questions, feel free to call the New Student Orientation Office at (610) 647-4400 ext. 3117 or e-mail
