Immaculata University announces a search for a Vice President for Enrollment Management. This is a new position, reporting to the President, responsible for providing leadership for all enrollment at Immaculata. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is identified.
The Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as the lead administrator responsible for implementing the University vision in the area of enrollment management. The VPEM will play a key leadership role in helping the University set and achieve annual and long-term strategic enrollment goals. An institutional officer reporting to the President and member of Executive Administration, the Vice President will collaboratively develop and guide the implementation of competitive strategies to strengthen the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the student body and graduating classes. The Vice President oversees the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid.
Essential Functions of the Vice President:
- Lead the University’s enrollment efforts so as to achieve quantitative and qualitative enrollment goals
- Work collaboratively across divisions and departments to develop and implement a strategic enrollment management plan integrated with the University’s mission and strategic plan.
Work closely with the Finance and Budget Office and the Office of Institutional, Research, Planning and Effectiveness to collect, analyze and utilize data to:
- Provide accurate enrollment projections
- Establish/adjust goals and strategies
- Identify/refine market opportunities
- Keep key audiences apprised of progress with regular quantitative and qualitative data related to all enrollment activities of the University
- Coordinate with University Advancement and Communications to develop communication and marketing strategies that contribute to successful recruiting and retention programs
- Develop collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships with staff and faculty members to advance enrollment efforts
- Ensure the effective administration of annual operating budget for the Enrollment Division while working to increase the net tuition income over time
- Apply best practices to improve processes, procedures and projections and to foster an environment of goal-centered performance, data-driven decision-making and responsive service
- Serve as a member of Executive Administration and as the university liaison to the Enrollment Initiative Committee of the Board

The position provides a link between the customer and the Service Response Center in the delivery of prompt, efficient customer focused service. The position is also responsible for tracking and payment of department invoices.
