Assistant Athletic Trainer (Full-Time 10-Month Position)
Immaculata University is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 10-month (August-May) Assistant Athletic Trainer. Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to: administrative duties of the athletic training room, athletic training coverage at all games, matches and practices, supervision of student workers and other duties as assigned. Special emphasis will be placed on the prevention, evaluation, treatment and documentation of athletic injuries, and the development and supervision of rehabilitation programs for all student-athletes within the 19 intercollegiate sports programs. Counselor-College of Graduate Studies - (20 hours per week/52 weeks)
Immaculata University is seeking a part-time counselor (20 hours per week/52 weeks) to assist in the areas of recruitment and retention for the offsite programs in the College of Graduate Studies. This position will support the director and associate director of special programs in the management and establishment of offsite programs. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective students and applicants, attending offsite recruitment events, providing student services, and assisting with the visitation of the offsite locations as necessary.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications: bachelor’s degree required with higher education experience preferred. Ability to build student/customer relations, work as a team member, and problem-solve in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidate must be willing to travel to offsite locations throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and work occasional flexible/evening hours.

Environmental Services Aide (2 positions available)
Applications are now being accepted for two (2) full time Environmental Services Aide positions. These positions provide housekeeping services for the entire campus including offices, classrooms, dorm rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Work may be assigned independently or as a member of a work team and Aide may be called upon by students or staff in emergency type situations. The duties also include special services as needed.
The Environmental Services Aides are required to perform overtime on a rotating basis on weekends and holidays and adhere to the on-call rotation schedule. Assistance with snow removal is also required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
