General Statement of Duties:
The Assistant Bursar will support the Bursar in all aspects of running an effective student accounts/accounts receivable department and is able to represent the Bursar in his/her absence. Vice President for Enrollment Management

Immaculata University announces a search for a Vice President for Enrollment Management. This is a new position, reporting to the President, responsible for providing leadership for all enrollment at Immaculata. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is identified.
The Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as the lead administrator responsible for implementing the University vision in the area of enrollment management. The VPEM will play a key leadership role in helping the University set and achieve annual and long-term strategic enrollment goals. An institutional officer reporting to the President and member of Executive Administration, the Vice President will collaboratively develop and guide the implementation of competitive strategies to strengthen the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the student body and graduating classes. The Vice President oversees the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid.
Essential Functions of the Vice President:
- Lead the University’s enrollment efforts so as to achieve quantitative and qualitative enrollment goals
- Work collaboratively across divisions and departments to develop and implement a strategic enrollment management plan integrated with the University’s mission and strategic plan.
Work closely with the Finance and Budget Office and the Office of Institutional, Research, Planning and Effectiveness to collect, analyze and utilize data to:
- Provide accurate enrollment projections
- Establish/adjust goals and strategies
- Identify/refine market opportunities
- Keep key audiences apprised of progress with regular quantitative and qualitative data related to all enrollment activities of the University
- Coordinate with University Advancement and Communications to develop communication and marketing strategies that contribute to successful recruiting and retention programs
- Develop collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships with staff and faculty members to advance enrollment efforts
- Ensure the effective administration of annual operating budget for the Enrollment Division while working to increase the net tuition income over time
- Apply best practices to improve processes, procedures and projections and to foster an environment of goal-centered performance, data-driven decision-making and responsive service
- Serve as a member of Executive Administration and as the university liaison to the Enrollment Initiative Committee of the Board

Candidates should have a Master’s degree (doctorate preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in admissions at the director level or above, preferably with previous senior level leadership experience. Candidates should also have a demonstrated record of achieving enrollment success, the ability to lead a team effectively and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Housekeeping Lead-Facilities Department

The position oversees the weekend and daily operation of the housekeeping project, campus driver, and event setup staff, to include scheduling, coordinating, and reporting of department activities and assist the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities include: supporting the Director of Facilities in the implementation of the overall snow removal operations, maintain the department’s budgets within the approved budget limits, conduct employee training, ensure that daily work orders are completed in a timely fashion, adjust staffing levels to accommodate covering for those that call off (planned or unplanned), meet with staff to update and inform them of any departmental changes, ensuring the department is maintaining an appropriate inventory of supplies.
Standard hours for the position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 5:30 AM until 2:00 PM; however, the position is classified as essential personal and the candidate must have the ability to also work nights and holidays, as needed.
Position requires the following; a minimum of five years’ experience in facilities operations; must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to shovel or plow snow and work in any type of weather; ability to maintain effective relations with the management team and fellow employees; ability to plan and organize the work of others, and the ability to lift and carry items weighing 40 pounds.

Environmental Services Aide
Applications are now being accepted for a full time Environmental Services Aide position. This position provides housekeeping services for the entire campus including offices, classrooms, dorm rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Work may be assigned independently or as a member of a work team and Aide may be called upon by students or staff in emergency type situations. The duties also include special services as needed.
Hours are variable and may include nights and weekends. The position requires overtime on a rotating basis on weekends and holidays and adheres to the on-call rotation schedule.
