Student Services
IU Online students are members of the wider Immaculata University community of learners. Even though they are not on campus, IU Online connects students to many of the University’s Services.
Online students have access to:
Academic Advising
Academic Counselors
Students in the online program in Organization Dynamics receive guidance from their academic counselor, Eileen Callahan (add email address), who is available to assist students throughout their educational experience. She can help with a range of issues, including the application process, transfer credit review, course planning and scheduling, registration, graduation requirements, and other academic concerns.
Instructors
The highly qualified instructors in the online programs also teach face-to-face on campus and at off-site locations. Students are invited to contact them via the course web site, discussion boards, email, phone, or in person.
Fellow Students
IU Online students may connect with each other via discussion boards and the IU email system, MyIU.

Library
A vast array of resources is available to the online learner at Immaculata’s Gabriele Library. Thousands of books, journals, databases, and newspapers are accessible online to registered students who log in to the library site. To learn more, visit our library website.
Writing Center
Students who need help with their writing assignments may get in touch with a writing professional at the Writing Center. The center is available weekdays for live help. Using the communication software Skype, students receive feedback on their writing without having to leave their computer. Writing Center assistance is interactive, so students need to make an appointment with a center representative. Go to the Writing Center web page to learn more about its services.
Career Services
Career Services are available to all students and alumni. Career Service professionals offer career advisement, formal testing, resume writing, and job placement assistance. Please see the Career Services page for further information.
