Organization Dynamics Program
The Bachelor of Arts in Organization Dynamics is an accelerated degree completion program with an emphasis on business and managerial concepts. In addition to a solid foundation in accounting, finance, human resources and mangerial concepts, the program focuses on communication and interpersonal skills and stresses analytical, problem-solving, decision-making abilities.
Students become proficient in:
- Communicating through speaking, writing, and the use of technology
- Analytical thinking and reviewing and applying research findings
- Decision-making based on societal, ethical and legal considerations
- Assessing their leadership potential
- Identifying human resource issues
- Applying managerial principles to achieve effectiveness
- Accounting and financial principles
- Evaluating the economic performance of organizations
- Marketing and strategic planning
Degree Requirements
- Completion of 126 semester hours accepted by Immaculata University
- Completion of 52 credit hours in the Organization Dynamics course sequence
- A cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
