Dr. Herring is assistant professor at Immaculata University in the Ed.D. in Higher Education program. She brings significant experience in student affairs leadership, student success, & institutional change.

Christine Cavanaugh, Ed.D.

Dr. Cavanaugh is the president and executive coach at Pathseekers II, Inc. and the executive director of the Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative (PAeHI). She has comprehensive experience in higher education leadership and executive coaching.

Douglas Zander, Ph.D.

Dr. Zander is the deputy director of the Office of Admissions at University of Delaware. He has a wealth of experience in enrollment management and issues of access and completion across a wide range of types of institutions.

Greg Nayor, Ph.D.

Dr. Nayor is the assistant vice president for Student Affairs and dean of students at University of the Arts. He brings a robust background in student life, support, and learning.

Rena Palloff, Ph.D.

Dr. Palloff is a faculty member in the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership & Change.  Dr. Palloff has extensive face-to-face, hybrid, and online teaching experience. Dr. Palloff is widely published and is one of the two editors of the Jossey-Bass Online Teaching and Learning Series. She speaks and consults worldwide.

HED 732 Evaluation and Assessment in College Teaching (3)

July 19-21 | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (hybrid course; online through 8/11)

Kathleen McKee, Ph.D., and Judy Witt, Ph.D.

Dr. McKee has served as vice president for Academic Affairs at Immaculata University, Neumann College, and Brecia University. She has extensive teaching experience in a variety of face-to-face and online settings and is currently a faculty member at Walden & Kaplan universities.

Dr. Witt is the director of the Immaculata Ed.D. in Higher Education program. She is an experienced faculty member, academic administrator, and consultant to colleges and universities in instructional planning, delivery, and assessment.
