Course Registration and Billing
You may register online, by fax, mail, or in person in the Graduate Office. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 7:45 p.m. Course listings are available online.
The initial tuition bill will be generated electronically and on paper. Subsequent monthly billing statements will be sent only electronically. Electronic bills are available online by logging on to MyIU and clicking on SSIU (Self-Service IU).

Email and Network Access
Every student is given an IU email account. To access your IU email, log in to MyIU and click the email icon. Your username is firstinitiallastname (i.e. jsmith) and your default password is your birthdate in the mmddyy format. Your IU email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have trouble accessing your email please contact the Help Desk at 610-647-4400, ext. 1234.
Emergencies and Weather-Related Closings
Please register for e2Campus, which will enable you to instantly receive notification of weather-related closings and other emergencies. Emergency and weather announcements can be sent to up to two wireless devices and up to two email addresses.
If you have previously registered, your e2Campus account may have expired. Please log in to check on your status and check expiration dates.
Financial Aid Advisors
If you have questions about financial aid, please contact the appropriate advisor based on the first letter of your last name.
If you need confirmation of courses completed or grades earned, request an official transcript from the Registrar.
Once your professor has posted your grades at the conclusion of your course, you may view your grades and your unofficial transcript by logging on to MyIU and clicking on SSIU (Self-Service IU). If you need assistance, please contact the Graduate Office at ext. 3211.
IU’s Student Health Services is located in the Bruder Center and is available to all IU students, including graduate. Call 484-323-3500.
MAT Information and Registration
Immaculata offers the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) once a month on campus. You can view test dates and register here.

Self-Service IU (SSIU) allows students to view grades and course schedules, pay bills online, and register for classes. SSIU is accessible through MyIU.
Student IDs/Library Card
You must be registered for courses in the current term to receive an ID card. Bring a copy of your schedule (which you can print from SSIU), as well as one piece of identification to the One Card Office in order to get your student ID.
