If your son or daughter is ill or has need of an extended absence, please contact Sr. Joseph Marie Carter, the Director of Academic Advisement at 610-647-4400, ext. 3029 or by email at jcarter@immaculata.edu. Appropriate medical documentation will be required to excuse the student from class attendance. The student's instructors will be notified of the absences and the student will be responsible for making up any missed coursework. Instructors are not required to make special accommodations for missed work. A comprehensive attendance policy is outlined on page 29 of the 2008-2010 Immaculata University Undergraduate Catalog.
