ACCEL® Faculty Orientation - Spring/Summer 2009
~All ACCEL® instructors must attend an orientation session.~
On-campus orientation sessions will be held in the Media Room of the Gabriele Library from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on the following dates/times:
- Wednesday, July 22, 2009 NOTE: date changed
- Monday, August 10, 2009

Note: Registrants will receive two e-mail confirmations: one upon submitting their registration and another a few days before the scheduled event.
Registering for an Orientation Session
To enroll in an orientation session, please complete and submit a registration form. Orientation attendees should bring the following items with them to campus:
*Identification to be used when completing federal I-9 employment eligibility form (see two ID options):
- a valid passport, OR
- a driver’s license and either Social Security card or a state-issued birth certificate
*Bring both originals and copies of these documents with you to
complete your I-9 form.
Automobile information (make, model, color, and license plate number of vehicle) to be used for completing parking permit request form
Remember that all attendees must complete the pre-orientation online before attending the campus orientation program.
In case of bad weather or an emergency, Immaculata University may decide to close the campus/cancel evening classes; any workshop scheduled on such a night would also not meet. Decisions to cancel classes are normally made by mid-afternoon.
