Returning Student Move-In Information
Move-in is Sunday, August 26, 2012
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Great Hall
When you arrive on campus, please go directly to the Great Hall instead of your assigned housing. This process will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and you will receive your key as well as other important required information.
If you are planning on having a car on campus during the academic year, please review the Parking Policy. Please remember your Immaculata University ID card as well.
After completing check-in, you will be directed to the best location to park and unload your belongings. We request that you unload your belongings quickly and then relocate your car to the parking lot in order to open that space for your classmates who will also be moving in.
In order to ensure a smooth check-in as well as staff training, maintenance preparations, and other University events, it is not feasible to allow students to move in prior to this time. (If you are part of an intercollegiate athletic team or Student Leadership, you will receive separate instructions.)
The following specific reminders will assist in making your arrival on campus a smooth process. Campus offices referenced below can be reached by first dialing 610-647-4400 and then the extension listed.
