Information for Current Students
Interested in participating in Housing Selection in April?
Here’s a snapshot of some key information.
Further information will be provided in the Spring semester in terms of dates, updated documents, and additional information. In the meantime, here is an overview of the housing selection process.
You MUST have a lottery number to participate in housing selection. You will receive a lottery number after completing a housing application, which is done online through SSIU under the student tab. If you fail to submit your housing application by the assigned date, you will not receive a lottery number.
Without a lottery number, you will not be able to participate in the housing selection process. If you are interested in housing, but did not apply for a lottery number, contact Residence Life and Housing and you will be contacted regarding available housing after selection has taken place.
You must complete a housing application online or you will not receive a lottery number. Selection of specific housing assignments (i.e. “Housing Selection”) will occur in the Spring Semester. Specific times for Housing Selection based on lottery numbers will be posted closer to the Housing Selection date.

**Please review the Housing and Board Agreement (made advaiable at Housing Selection) to ensure that you understand that this agreement is in effect for the entire academic year; once signed and submitted this agreement will be binding for the entire academic year.**
