Resident students, Open Room Change Period begins Monday, September 20, 2010 and ends Friday, September 24, 2010 at noon.

This is a process for resident students to switch rooms/roommates “no questions asked.”  Any other requests for room changes outside of this time period will require a mediation process with Residence Life and Housing staff.

NOTE: Students can only request a change for him/her and cannot have another student moved. 

If you are looking for a room change, but have been unable to locate a specific room or roommate, you are welcome to stop by Residence Life and Housing to request assistance in determining potential options.

Process

• Students must obtain a form to request a change in assignment that will require signatures of those impacted by the change.
• Requests will be accepted until Friday, September 24 at noon.

• If approved, all changes and moves will be coordinated with staff in Residence Life and Housing.
