Parking Permit Information

Fees:  Students taking three or more credits on campus must purchase a parking permit. The present parking permit fee is $25 for an academic year. The replacement fee is $10. Payment for the permits will be in cash, check, money order or credit card. No refund will be offered after payment is made.

 

Payment: Cash, check, money order or credit card payments will be accepted at the Parking Permit office.

 

Locations for payment: All payments will be at the Parking Permit Office, Nazareth Hall, Room #7. A vehicle registration card must be presented at time of permit issuance. Permits will not be sent through the mail due to the verification of the vehicle registration requirement. Permits will be available for purchase the third week of August.  The permits will be valid from September 2011 - August 2012.   

Online Parking Permit Form: The form may be downloaded and brought in person to the Parking Permit office. Copies of the form will be available at the Campus Safety and Protection office in Lourdes, CLL, and Graduate offices and also in Student Development and Engagement.

 

Permit/Payment Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8 a.m. - 7:45 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. - 5:45 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. For the first three weeks of the new semester, the hours will be extended on Tuesday and Thursday until 7 p.m. The office is closed daily from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Mondays and Wednesdays 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Parking Permit Office will close on Fridays at noon from June 10th through August 19th, 2011.   Safety officers issue violations for vehicles not properly registered or in violation of vehicle regulations. Students attending classes at an off-site location must follow parking regulations as posted or as announced by the host institution or facility.
