FOCUS-2 is an online, interactive career & education planning system that combines self assessment, career exploration and decision making into one comprehensive program. FOCUS-2 will help you map out a career path and select the right major area of study offered at your school to support your career goals.
To view a tutorial about using this tool and to obtain the Access Code required to create your account in FOCUS, you will need to log in to MyIU and go to the Career Development channel on the Campus Life tab.

For hundreds of different types of jobs the Occupational Outlook Handbook tells you the training and education needed, earnings, expected job prospects, what workers do on the job, and working conditions. In addition, the Handbook gives you job search tips, links to information about the job market in each state, and more.
