This site, BIOINFORMATICS.ORG, offers many tools and resources for a person studying or interested in bioinformatics. All the user has to do is click on the site, and a variety of bioinformatics resources and tools are made available for them. As a non-profit organization, it provides public access to research projects, information and software in the field of bioinformatics. This site stresses that keeping information freely available pushes science forward. Established in 1998 the organization has 31 bioinformatics projects and websites open to anyone who wants to explore them.
