Greetings from Immaculata University!
It is hard to imagine that the semester has flown by and that summer is upon us. The Admissions Office has been busy visiting your high schools and welcoming your students to campus for tours and interviews.
I have several exciting pieces of information to share with you. Immaculata University has entered into an agreement with the Brandywine School of Nursing to transition their diploma program into a four-year BSN. If all goes according to plan, we will be able to admit our first class commencing in the fall of 2010. We will be enrolling students for 2009 into a program that provides students with all the necessary pre-requisite courses and allow them to join the BSN program in their sophomore year. We see this as a great opportunity for Immaculata and our students.
In addition, we continue to expand our athletic programs to keep up with the demands of our students. The next school year will see the advent of men’s baseball at Immaculata University.
Information is now available about the new scholarship program we are launching with the class of 2013. The goal of the new program is to provide Admissions with the flexibility to more accurately reward your students who have excelled in high school. Scholarship awards will range from $5,500 to five full-tuition scholarships. We are serious about enrolling strong academically prepared students.
As always, if I can be of any service to you or your students, do not hesitate to contact me. In the near future, I hope to put together an event on campus where you can see first-hand the changes and growth at Immaculata University. Thank you for your continuing efforts on our behalf.
