Students obtain official transcripts of their academic records from the Office of the Registrar. This may be done in person, by fax or by mailing the Transcript Request Form to the office. Telephone and e-mail requests cannot be accepted because a signature is required by law. One week's notice is required. The fee for each transcript is $5.00. Transcripts will not be released for persons whose financial accounts are not clear. Each student will receive a complimentary copy of her/his transcript at the time of graduation.
Upon closing the Brandywine Hospital School of Nursing on June 30, 2010, Immaculata University was named custodian of transcript records from 1960 to 2010. Students may request an official Brandywine Hospital School of Nursing transcript through the Registrar's Office. The fee for each transcript is $5.00. If you need both an Immaculata University and a Brandywine Hospital School of Nursing transcript, it is necessary to complete both request forms and remit the $5.00 per transcript fee for each.
