Professor DiFabio is a partner in the law firm of Platt, DiGiorgio & DiFabio. He is a licensed attorney in private practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before the supreme court, federal courts, and all state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to represent defendants in death penalty murder cases.
