Learn to lead with courage and confidence

Every industry, organization, and company—profit and non-profit alike—needs good leaders. With an M.A. in Organization Leadership, you can become a leader who can:
  • Lead high-performing teams
  • Use conflict constructively
  • Improve relationships through successful communication
  • Lead organizational change initiatives

You can begin this 36-credit program in fall, spring or summer. With a fall start, you can complete your degree in two years with the option of taking longer. Each three-credit class held on IU's main campus typically runs for seven weeks, meeting from 6 to 10 p.m. once a week with one Saturday meeting per course. You will also participate in online work to complement classroom meetings.

Corporate programs that meet on your company's campus meet for eight consecutive weeks in the evenings. Ask your HR representative for information about setting up an on-site corporate program.
