The Organizational & Leadership Coaching Program is designed for:

Those who wish to prepare for International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation
The Organizational & Leadership Coaching Certificate will be offered each fall and spring semester as a stand-alone certificate. Nine of the 10 credits earned may also be applied toward the M.A. in Organization Leadership.
The certificate’s six-course cohort-style program is delivered both face-to-face and online with either a fall or spring start. You will meet with ICF-accredited coaches one weekend per month, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. To earn your certificate, you will take five credits each semester.

*Practicum hours are integrated with the courses and schedule listed below. The practicum includes supervision, student coaching practice and student professional effectiveness throughout the program.
