To apply for and be accepted into Immaculata's Organization Leadership Program, you will need:
A desire and an openness to explore yourself, including strengths and areas of needed development and a willingness to practice new behaviors
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Approximately two to three years continuous employment in a profit or non-profit organization
An interview with the department chair or program coordinator
