Admission Requirements

Organization Leadership AdmissionTo apply for and be accepted into Immaculata's Organization Leadership Program, you will need:

  • A desire and an openness to explore yourself, including strengths and areas of needed development
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Approximately two to three years continuous employment in a profit or non-profit organization
  • An interview with the department chair or program coordinator

In addition to submitting the required graduate program application materials, please include a resume demonstrating your work history.
