Immaculata Symphony Spring Concert
Vaughn William’s Dona Nobis Pacem is a stirring plea for peace, which is just as relevant today as it was when he composed it in 1936. For this glorious work for soprano and baritone soli, chorus, and orchestra, we are joined by The Brandywine Singers under the direction of Mr. Jonathan Kreamer. Equally as uplifting is Rainbow Body, a new work by Christopher Theofanidis that is based on an ancient medieval chant. The concert opens with the charming Karelia Suite by Jean Sibelius. A truly inspirational concert to conclude another exciting season led by Maestro Joseph Gehring.
