For the letter of eligibility, students need to have a minimum of six years of professional service in a basic school, three of which have been in a supervisory or administrative position. The certification for the letter of eligibility would be added to an existing state certificate. Students must be accepted through the doctoral admission process.
The program requires a minimum of 360 hours of field experiences, including a 180-hour clinical experience.
